I hope you enjoyed the shorter, more snack sized format. I’m experimenting with sharing a teaser vs. going deeper on particular topics. If there is only one thing you look into today, I recommend you try a non-sleep deep rest protocol for yourself. As little as 15min can do wonders to recharge our super busy, always-on brains. Coincidentally, Shervin and I talked about the importance of doing nothing in between bouts of work to recharge just two days ago. And science back’s that up. So, please go ahead and spent 15min of doing nothing this afternoon and then enjoy the weekend ☀️.
